- Bachelor’s in Nursing from Binghamton University (2008)
- Master’s Degree as a Nurse Practitioner in Adult and Geriatric Primary Care from Hunter College (2015)
- Board-Certified by the ANCC in Adult Geriatric Primary Care

- Over 15 years of service at a prestigious NCI-designated cancer center, recognized for excellence in her field.

Meet Lauren Encarnacion, CST Practice Administrative Manager
Lauren is a board-certified Surgical Technologist and Project Coordinator. She has been working in healthcare for 13 years and has a background in Labor & Delivery and Oncology.
Lauren’s passion for helping patients shines through in everything she does. With an uplifting attitude and a heart full of compassion, she brings comfort, hope, and encouragement to those in need. Her dedication goes beyond just providing care. She creates a sense of warmth and reassurance, making a true difference in the lives of others every day.
