Weight Management Services (Men and Women)
- Initial Consultation: $295
1 hour virtual visit including comprehensive health review, goal-setting, and discussion of lab needs and treatment options. - Follow-Up Visits: $150/month
Ongoing virtual visits to assess progress, make adjustments, and support long-term success. - Maintenance Visits: $85/month For those patients on stable medication doses and nutrition/fitness plans who only need visits every 12 weeks. Will be paid upfront with your prescription appointment for the 12 weeks at $255. You maintain access to the patient portal for any interim questions or concerns between appointments.
Perimenopause & Hormone Health Services
- Initial Consultation: $295
1 hour virtual visit focused on symptom review, health history, lab guidance, and individualized care planning. - Follow-Up Visits: $150/Month
Ongoing virtual visits to review progress, monitor treatment, and refine your care plan.
Prior Authorizations
For labs, imaging, or prescriptions requiring insurance pre-approval.
- Cost: $50 per authorization

At Fleming Adult Health, we prioritize giving you the time, attention, and specialized care you deserve. Insurance plans often limit how much time a provider can spend with each patient and the types of care available, which is why we are an out-of-network practice.
We are not contracted with any medical insurance companies, and as such, we do not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service, and we accept most major credit cards.
While we cannot guarantee reimbursement, you may be able to use your HSA or FSA account to cover services. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to understand potential reimbursement options based on your plan and deductible.
