Cara Fleming, AGPCNP-BC
This practice is founded by Cara Fleming, a dedicated Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about you and your health. With many years of advanced practice experience she has the expertise to ensure you succeed. Cara is dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest research and developments in weight loss medications including weight loss injections to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
She graduated from Binghamton University with a BS in Nursing in 2008.
She completed her Master's Degree at Hunter College in NYC graduating as a Nurse Practitioner in Adult and Geriatric Primary Care in 2015.
She is board certified as an Adult Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner by the ANCC.
She has been working full time at an NCI designated cancer center for the last 15+ years, and is recognized at the top level of her profession.
She is passionate about preventative medicine and improving quality of her patients' lives.
She is a member of the Obesity Medical Association and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners among others.

Deirdre Kelly, AGACNP-BC
Deirdre Kelly is a board certified adult nurse practitioner with over 15 years in healthcare. She graduated with a Bachelors in Nursing from UVA in 2008, and later earned her Masters from NYU in 2015 with a degree in Adult Geriatric Acute Care.
She is board certified as an Adult Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner by the ANCC.
Her background is primarily in acute care, in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. Her experience combined with her passion for wellness and preventative medicine bring her to Fleming Adult Health, where she will help you be the best version of yourself!

Lisania (Lisa) Milli, PhD (c), MSN, RN, WHNP, NCMP (She/Her)
Lisa Milli, WHNP-BC, is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in menopause care. She earned her Master’s degree in nursing from Columbia University in 2002 and is currently a PhD candidate in Nursing at Seton Hall University. She is also a NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioner (NCMP), further enhancing her expertise in women’s health. With nearly 30 years of experience, Lisa focuses on hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and non-hormonal treatments to help women manage perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms, including hot flashes, mood swings, and vaginal dryness. Lisa is also experienced in cancer prevention and risk reduction strategies. She is dedicated to improving women’s quality of life with evidence-based care.
